Website Design

During the course of my career I have architected and engineered software for major companies as well as a few of my own personal sites. I have worked on every phase of creating a website: Defining the business need, conducting focus group meetings, designing the UX and UI experience, coding, testing, and deploying. Websites created in 14 different languages adhering to GDPR and ADA compliances with workflows as efficient as possible using the least amount of navigation.

Many of the websites have been internal for company operations and cannot be viewed by the public. This is one of the reasons I created this web site; to showcase my talent as well as explore and test new ideas.

MenkeCraft is wholly created by me as well as the content. The furniture and carpentry are my creations as well as the marketing copy, photography, and graphics on the site. I put the same quality and effort in my software development as I do my carpentry creations.

The website is hand coded HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
Presently the website is not indexed by Google as I am still working on the site and I have not activated the indexing. This is also the reason the SSL certificate is not active. All the content on the site has been created by me, the carpentry as the digital / technical aspects.
